After watching the second video, I now understand a little better how to use Twitter, but I am still confused on how this should help me professionally. I understand that I can retweet articles and the like, but I don't know what other items I would tweet that will help build my professional image.

I agree, Twitter is still confusing to me and I am not exactly sure what it can do for me professionally. It also confuses me with all the @ and # signs.
